What is a Backorder?

Backorders occur when we do not have stock available at our manufacturing plant. A backorder can take up to 7 - 14 business days before that item arrives to you

What is a Pre Order?

Pre Orders are roses that are available but need to be transferred to our warehouse from our manufacturing plant. Pre Orders will arrive in our warehouse for direct shipping to you in 7-10 business days.

How can I submit my order?

You can place your order 4 different ways: Online, Mail, Phone, or Fax. All four ways are 100% secure with the Paypal payment processor we use. As an alternative to putting your credit card online, you can fill out your online online and call us to give us the your payment information as an option. Our phone and fax number share the same number with switching hardware that will detect the proper signal. Our contact information and phone/fax number is on the Contact Us page.

Are those real roses?

Yes. All of the roses are real roses hand picked and inspected before bring preserved. Once the roses are preserved they are trimmed in 24k gold. The total time of processing takes 3 months and over 40-50 steps to complete each rose. Each rose will live forever. It is not just a regular rose but a keepsake of art.

How do you ship, and how much does it cost?

We ship via United States Postal Service Priority Service or UPS ground service in the United States (excluding HI and AK). The shipping rate is FREE on all orders over $59.00 so you don't have to worry about a surprise in the shopping cart. If you need expedited shipping, please feel free to contact us and we will price out a custom express shipping rate for you.
